happenAre you ready to have some fun and change the trajectory of your life at the same time?! If you have heard of Oprah Winfrey, then you probably have either heard of or seen a vision board. Oprah has given credit to vision boards for years in helping her manifest the many successes in her life. I like Oprah, believe in the power a vision board holds in manifesting your hearts desires. Over the past ten years, I have successfully used vision boards as a way of setting my intentions into the universe. And believe me, it works!

The theme for this year was “The Brave Ones.” Leadercast is known for bringing in an eclectic group of speakers, from all around the globe, to motivate by sharing their own journeys to success. Although each speaker was unique in their own right, they all spoke passionately about one thing: the bravery it took to follow their dreams. In deep thought…

Sometimes a girl just needs to take a moment for herself…so I took a “week” at the Miraval Resort and Spa in Tucson, Arizona last week to recharge. I can’t take all of the credit for the idea. It was actually my friend Cindy’s husband, Michael, who came up with the grand plan to surprise his wife for her fortieth birthday with a girl’s spa week. He enlisted myself, and our mutual friend Dana, to join her for a week of pampering, mental clarity, and relaxation.

Once we got there, it took me all of about fifteen minutes to get into the “Miraval way” by turning off my sidekick- otherwise known as my cell phone. With her vibrating interruptions no longer on my radar, I quickly got into the cadence of my own bodies beautiful rhythm. Read more
