You’ll hear Denna tell her personal fatherless story, find out why she started the project, and get details on her exhilarating plans for the future!
Denna and Natalie have an intimate and honest conversation about Denna’s fatherless journey. She’ll open up about her own childhood and personal life. Her parents divorced when she was just three, and her father’s alcoholic tendencies hindered them from ever really becoming close. As a young child she always wondered why he wasn’t around more, but just 10 short years later, Denna’s father would be gone forever. You’ll hear about the last interaction Denna had with her father, how she found out about his death, and her experience attending his funeral. It would be this very day, that Denna would learn her life’s true purpose. Let her tell you about this life-altering revelation.
Next week, the story continues. Denna discusses life after her father’s death and how it affected her on our next episode. She’ll reveal how she turned her pain into power and then purpose. Denna Babul
Denna D. Babul is a R.N., successful life coach, motivational speaker, author, medical expert, Huffington Post Blogger, and co-founder of the Fatherless Daughter Project. Her life-changing book, The Fatherless Daughter Project: Understanding Your Loss and Reclaiming Your Life, will hit stands on June 7, 2016, in in the U.S., Canada and Germany. After becoming a fatherless daughter at the age of 13, Denna felt called to be the voice for fatherless daughters. She has found her calling in creating a community and support system for fellow fatherless women of all ages as their voice, coach and mentor. Denna has the unique ability to read people and focus in on what is needed quickly. Her approach is multi-faceted. Combining her years of experience in medicine, business, and personal development, she is able to help others transform their lives: physically, men- tally, and spiritually. She has appeared on The Today Show, Atlanta Unplugged, Atlanta & Company.
Natalie Demarko
Natalie Demarko is a writer, communicator, and public relations professional. She earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism with a double minor in public relations and multimedia communication from Georgia Southern University. In love with warm weather and crazy about good old Southern hospitality, she moved back to her home state last May after graduating from Ball State University in Indiana and receiving her master’s degree in public relations. A woman of many endeavors, she works as a creative and social strategy assistant with Mountain View Group and as a member of the Atlanta Hawks Event Marketing Flight Crew in addition to her position at TFDP. Fatherless herself, she credits TFDP to helping her begin her fatherless to forgiveness to fearless journey and healing her in the process.
